Affiliate Scheme


Terms And Conditions Of Service

Affiliates who refer people to any of The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy events immediately qualify for Commissions when the people they refer purchase tickets for the The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy seminars or the training programmes sold by any person or entity represented by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy. Participants must register using the Affiliate's personalised link in order for them to qualify for Commissions.
  
When an affiliate refers a participant who purchases The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy training or product, that affiliate will be credited for that training purchase made by that participant.
 
Affiliates can refer participants to any of The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy events at no charge by having the participant register through their personalised link which is provided by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy.

When a participant is an acquaintance of two or more affiliates, and these affiliates have all promoted one of our events to the participant, the first affiliate to get the participant to register for the event will receive commission for the referral.

Commissions become available approximately 30 days after the participant referred by the affiliate has fully paid for the training or when a product is purchased.

Should the referral cancel their training and the training costs are refunded for any reason, no Cash Commissions will be paid out for that training.

The "Commissions Due" are only payable once the commissionable items have been paid for in full and fulfilled. Should the referral cancel their training and the training costs are refunded for any reason, no Cash Commissions will be paid out for that training. This rule applies even when a cancellation fee has been retained by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy or for products supplied with the training, and / or administrative charges.
 
Commissions may be used to purchase any of The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy' trainings.
 
All affiliates must conduct themselves with integrity at all times when promoting The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy, its products, services or programs or any product, service or program represented by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy. The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy reserves the right to revoke affiliate status should the affiliate be considered to have abused the integrity of The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy or anyone or entity it represents.

The affiliate will limit its marketing and promotional materials to those supplied or purchased from The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy. All materials supplied by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy are copyright protected and cannot be duplicated without express written permission from The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy. Anything created outside of these materials must be approved by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy prior to use. This includes, but is not limited to newspaper ads, newsletters, e-mail promotions and audio media.

The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy will apply every effort to keep its website current and operational. However, technical difficulties may arise from time to time, resulting in temporary service interruptions. The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy will not be held responsible for such interruptions and any subsequent loss of Affiliate commissions.

To be sure an Affiliate's contacts are tracked effectively; contacts must click on the Affiliates web link exactly as provided by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy. The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy is not responsible for human error or technical difficulties that occur when a person is registering while using the Affiliate link. We shall not be liable to you for failure by you to properly use the Affiliate web link, even if such failure results in the reduction of referral fees due to you under this Agreement.

The Affiliate is responsible for maintaining a current e-mail address via the Affiliate website. The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy will not be responsible for e-mail communications not received by Affiliates.

The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy reserves the right to change any part of this agreement at any time. The Affiliate will be notified by email about any material changes to this agreement at which time the Affiliate may withdraw within two weeks of receiving such notice. Withdrawal must be received in writing by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy during which time the previous agreement will be in force.

The Affiliate agrees to abide by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy Anti-Spam Policy.

The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy reserves the right to disallow any given person or company into the Affiliate Program, at its sole discretion.

The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, at its sole discretion.

In entering into this agreement, the Affiliate in no way becomes a partner, agent, representative or employee of The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy and may not represent themselves as such.

Only those agreements that have been accepted by The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy will be considered valid and in effect.

Participation in the Affiliate program is de-facto proof of the Affiliate's acceptance of the Affiliate Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement supersedes any previous online, written or verbal agreements and the terms of this agreement will take precedence over any previous agreements unless a written agreement between The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy and that affiliate is signed by the President or an authorized representative of The Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy.
