I believe that the future of the UK lies firmly with SMEs they are more flexible in their working being able to adapt more quickly to change which gives them a real advantage over the big boys.

I’m a fairly recent convert to the idea of coaching – to tell the truth, I didn’t even know it existed until about 8 months ago! I have had numerous offers of help, support and mentoring over the years, but I always felt slightly nervous about the idea of accepting help from someone whose credibility and relevant experience was completely unknown.

One of the things I keep asking myself while I am going through the EBA course is would I be learning these pearls of wisdom if I was left to my own devices? It is certain that much of the information is already out there in the form of books, downloads, web forums and countless other sources.

Our event on Saturday was extremely well attended and our thanks for all who came. We do pick sunny days for our seminars don’t we? Before the seminar started, we established that 50% of delegates in the room were planning to become an entrepreneur and 50% were already business owners.
