When I first started out in business I had nothing more than a phone, a copy of the Yellow Pages and a broom cupboard sized office with no windows.

Develop A Profile Of Your Customers

Review your market analysis and identify your target market. You need to write a profile of your ‘Customer’, their needs and problems, wants and desires.

It is very difficult to lead yourself if you are in a very small business. There is generally no problem with motivation but you need to make sure you are heading in the right direction – or if you get thrown off course – you can get back on track.
