Well done Bev! You could have saved me a fortune 10 years ago on the recruitment front with this advice – when you hear it, it’s obviously makes sense, but when you’re stretched, you often don’t think of the important details – eg to let every member of the team meet the new interviewee to make sure there are no personality clashes from the start. Sound advice!

Bev, this is brilliant news. I’m thrilled. It’s fantastic to have female role models in social enterprise and business in general. It’s been dominated by men for so long (and sometimes women acting like men) and it’s now time for women to be visible and demonstrate the feminine style of business – community-minded, supportive, team players, etc. Well done you. This is huge encouragement to lots of women in business.

Thank you!
