Traditional marketing relied on companies ‘shouting’ their messages at potential customers via channels such as TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, the letterbox and the phone. These marketing vehicles were crass in that however good the data a company was using, for most people, most of the time, these messages were simply deemed irrelevant.

We interviewed Natasha Courtenay-Smith, founder of Talk to the Press, for this month’s “Business in the Spotlight”. Here’s what we discovered about the business, the woman behind the business and her journey as a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy.

All too often business failure takes business owners by surprise. You can still have large contracts in place but suddenly the cash dries up and your cash flow resembles the Sahara!
