If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail

If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail

At the heart of all financially and reputationally successful businesses is business planning. There are different systems and approaches people use or adapt over time but, essentially, playing your business forward with great business planning skills not only gives you the path to follow but it also keeps you on track and stops you being seduced or sidetracked by a new big idea or opportunity!

If all of today’s decisions count towards tomorrows success, you must adopt strategic planning into your business.

If you fall into the percentage of business owners with no plan at all, well, you might count yourself lucky to still be in business.

‘Being in business’ yet struggling to keep your head about water isn’t the picture of being in business we’d like you to have.

It’s not the type of business we want you to have!

No, our ideal picture is of you thriving in your business, keeping a healthy cashflow, making profit, retaining your customers, growing and expanding and living a good life!

If you adopt business planning, you can:

  • Appraise the ideas you have with less pressure to make a quick decision
  • Budget for them accordingly – even discounting what seemed a great action when you work out the costs
  • Plan better for the future with ideas, projects and build in appropriate lead times
  • Schedule PR/marketing/advertising with more time and negotiate better
  • Keep on track

Gill Fielding, one of our Millionaire Mentors, wrote a super blog for us about the concept of  White Rooming which many people loved – if you missed it’s well worth the read

If business planning skills (as well as many others) elude you, then welcome to the EBA – the home of entrepreneurial business coaching excellence.

Our next one day TOTAL Business Mastery Seminar is taking place on Saturday 19th March in Central London. We have James Caan presenting, together with Bev James and the Millionaire Mentors.

Find out if the EBA can turn your mindset and skillset around .. check us out via www.the-eba.com.

Don’t get an MBA – get an EBA.

“If running a business was easy more people would do it. The reason entrepreneurs get excited about business and being their own boss is because it represents personal challenge but results aren’t guaranteed. Increase your success with a top skillset and sharp mindset.”

We look forward to seeing you.
