I really enjoy our monthly EBA seminar days! Last weekend was our 3rd.

By the time I reached the stage it was clear yet again that our speakers had made the atmosphere highly charged! 

It was terrific to see another full house and great to know you were freely networking and getting a real buzz out of being open to inspiration and finding out new ways to think about business.

My Smart Rules

• Smart entrepreneurs and business owners know that by sharing their ideas, experiences and seeking advice that they will stand a better chance of flourishing from our economic recovery.

 

• Smart entrepreneurs know that aside from a great idea, they need a core plan .. not just any route will do.

 

• Smart entrepreneurs know they need realism with a healthy dose of acumen and plenty of passion.

 

• Smart entrepreneurs know they must build a good team around them, hire talented people with the right skills to drive your business – and keep them motivated.

 

• Smart entrepreneurs do regard their health as part of their wealth. It’s about balance. It’s about working smarter, not harder. It’s about enjoying your life into which business fits. Not the other way round.

 

• Smart entrepreneurs don’t try and do it all themselves.

 

• Smart entrepreneurs keep their own eye on their own bank balance and don’t take financial risks they shouldn’t take.

 

Too many businesses fail and with it goes not only livelihood but often, self esteem. I am passionate that we can reduce failure rates by empowering you with all the tools and motivation you need to drive your businesses forward and to the next level. This month our speakers covered a wide range of topics including social networking, sales, marketing, business planning, business strategy and website optimisation. And we know delegates to our one day events leave with a full notebook and renewed intentions … we could see how inspired you were when you left!
