I have spent much of my professional life as a business coach and mentor to business owners of mid-range businesses; talented and bright people who work hard and play hard and know what it is to achieve great results. But it never ceases to amaze me how few people know why they are in business or what their exit strategy will be.

Always go to a seminar with the intention of fully immersing yourself in it, otherwise you are unlikely to find the REAL GOLD that is there for the taking.
Don’t blame ‘the seminar’ for not delivering what you wanted if you’re not prepared to participate and fully engage yourself.

Business life is rarely plain sailing and there are always going to be situations that may more challenging than you can handle. One of the biggest things you can do for your business, and for yourself if you are the business owner, is to fully acknowledge what’s wrong with the business (even if you don’t know exactly what it is but you know something is not right and you want to find where the money drains are) and then to find the courage to take the steps required to get the business on track.
