Experiencing your customers’ journey when buying from and engaging with your business IS a very useful operations activity to do. Ideally, this experiential activity would be something you’d do with your team as you plan, and plot, and review your customers’ journey.

In 25 days time, De Vere West One (opposite the BBC in Portland Place) will be full of entrepreneurs and business owners clambering for THE best business knowledge they can get their hands on in one day.

Let’s live our lives as though all our dreams had come true and then challenge reality to catch up. There is no fun in setting small itsy bitsy goals. These don’t get your juices flowing and don’t make you FEEL FANTASTIC and they don’t move you forward fast enough. It’s not just about millionaire thinking. Successful people always set the BIGGEST goals and they create goals they are exciting about!

No doubt you have heard this quote many times – “Fail to plan and prepare plan to fail.” It’s not exactly a worthless platitude is it? The truth is that unless you know where you are heading, without the right kind of plan you are unlikely to get to your exact desired destination.

Our event on Saturday was extremely well attended and our thanks for all who came. We do pick sunny days for our seminars don’t we? Before the seminar started, we established that 50% of delegates in the room were planning to become an entrepreneur and 50% were already business owners.
